Intended use and limitations

Clinician AI Assist is clinical decision-support software intended solely for licensed healthcare professionals. Its output is reference information to support independent clinical review — it is not a diagnosis, not a treatment order, and not a substitute for the clinician's own judgment.

What it can do

Organize the findings you enter and show the arithmetic behind derived values such as MAP and shock index.
Present a differential, multiple candidate pathways and ranked considerations, each with the patient findings and clinical source it rests on.
List diagnostic-test and treatment options, supporting and contradicting findings, and missing information for you to weigh.
Run conditional simulations that explore what could follow if a given pathway is operative.
Cite the named guideline documents and retrieved literature used, so you can read the underlying sources yourself.

What it cannot do

Diagnose a patient, confirm a condition, or replace examination and testing.
Declare that a time-critical, emergent or life-threatening condition is present, or assign an urgency level — criticality is the clinician's determination.
Direct care: it does not issue orders, instructions, dosing, triage or disposition decisions.
Predict what an individual patient will do; simulations are conditional scenarios, not forecasts.
Provide unsupported timing precision for progression, unless a time window is tied to an identified clinical source.
Be used for autonomous decision-making, by patients or caregivers directly, or in place of emergency services.

The clinician is expected to independently review the patient findings, the cited sources and the stated limitations before relying on any part of this output. Patient-facing text is a draft only and requires clinician approval before release. This software has not been cleared or approved by the FDA.
